The commitment to roll out up to 1,000 Best Start Family Hubs, backed by significant investment, is a bold and practical move that recognises the importance of the early years and the value of accessible and flexible support for families.

We are particularly pleased to see a focus on the most disadvantaged communities and an intention to integrate digital and face-to-face services. Whether it's emotional or practical support, no parent should feel alone in the critical task of rising their children, and this investment moves us closer to that reality.

We look forward to seeing the details of the plan and Home-Start is ready to play its part, working alongside our statutory and voluntary sector partners, to ensure families feel connected, and supported from the very start.”
